Refunds

Your first payment

If Pro or Commerce is not right for your sites, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. Your licence stops working when the refund is made.

Renewals

Monthly renewals are not refunded. You can cancel at any time and your licence keeps working until the end of the month you paid for.

A yearly renewal can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the renewal date.

Changing the number of sites

You can add or remove sites at any time from the billing page. The change takes effect straight away, and Stripe adjusts your next invoice for the part of the period that is left.

How to ask

Get in touch through our contact page with the email you bought with. We answer within two business days.

Stripe sells Pro and Commerce for us as merchant of record and makes the refund. A refund includes any sales tax you paid. Stripe can also refund a payment itself to settle a dispute within 60 days of the charge, as its Managed Payments support page explains.
